Fiscal Accountability

Mike will keep taxes low!!  Mike will manage the budget diligently and ensure transparent financial practices. When considering the city budget, new projects, and overall city spending, I will look at each item based on the following:

• Will the spending keep our citizens safe through providing the necessary resources to our Police and Fire Departments as well as other aspects of public safety in the city.  Spending on public safety needs to keep up with Largo's growth.  
• Does it promote housing growth, including affordable housing.
• Does it promote economic development to attract business to the city and provides jobs for our citizens.
• Does it improve the overall quality of life for our citizens through exceptional city services.
